Pros

1. The sales training was top-notch, 2. competitive base pay, 3. industry leading service offering, 4. excellent earning potential.

Cons

1. in-office M-F w/no remote work option. 2. perhaps a little too controlling and micro-managing top down sales process at least at first, but that's probably needed to get newbie sales reps up to standards for this very serious and professional s business offering, once there and proven, that's probably not as cumbersome - my guess.
