Pros
- Great people - Base salary is pretty good - Good location - Gain sales experience, communication skills - speak to senior execs from across industries - team leaders are supportive
Cons
- micro-managing - unrealistic expectations - give great incentives and can earn huge commission but only a very small percentage will actually achieve this - call 100+ execs a day that everyone else is contacting who don't want to speak to you - Unequal pay, some team leaders earn less than new people, slow to give promotions and pay rises - High turnover - This is great if you need a job and want to get some experience but same thing every single day and not a career - Everyone (including management) so stressed out it filters down - Company didn't perform well so they took 5 days holiday from everyone - Management constantly changing processes/pay/commission structure etc - what youre doing is never good enough, you will always be expect to do better than youre doing.
