      Trust in people, responsibility and autonomy are encouraged. Headhunting tailored projects All this in a demanding but friendly setting, where everyone places value on time. Very challenging projects. Each Executive search is unique and exclusive. Promotes flexibility , depending on every necessity and specific context, we are able to adapt our methods of search to obtain the expected result. All the consultans are experts in identifying, evaluating and developing talent.

      Pros

      There isn't any good reason to work in this company. Only for be part of the famous group Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira.

      Cons

      Definitly, it's the worst place where I've work: the manager is so bad person that she doesn't see the employers as persons but as machines. There aren't oportunities to learn or to grow and the autonomy is zero. I won't go back to work here NEVER.
