I absolutely love working with this company because they have an incredibly strong culture that prioritizes teamwork, senior expertise and mentorship, and a focus on learning and development. Even in a virtual environment, they have been able to maintain their culture and foster a sense of community among employees. Cons
It's always busy here and the work can be demanding, so it's not for the faint of heart - lol! It's easy for most of us to get wrapped up in work because we actually love what we do and it just doesn't feel like work, but there is a dark side to that as well - it has at times led to burnout for me. We frequently have 1-2-1's to ensure I focus on taking time for R&R, and also to refocus on personal elements of my life to build resiliency - tho this is a part of my journey and I believe will involve continual monitoring.
