Great work environment, attentive upper management, fair and adequate compensation. On Friday's the CEO comes by with ice cream/cookies and hand delivers them to each person in the company as a show of humility and appreciation for the work that everyone does. Day ends at 3:30 and is called "Fun Friday"

Wish there were some snacks in the breakroom

The work place has always been a pleasant environment to work in. I look forward to coming in to work, my colleagues are my family and our customers keep us on our toes. We are a close nit team that works well together,. One of the pro's is that we are a smaller company, if you have a question or need help, help is only a desk or an office away. Another pro is that our team works hard at providing top notch customer service. Every customer is a VIP. Another Pro, every day is an opportunity to learn something new. Cross training is part of our regiment. Climbing up the ladder, being promoted or given authority to make decisions is definitely an option available to all employees. Opportunities are at hand as long as we are willing to reach out and grab them.

Cannot honestly think of any cons. I am really happy with my job. Can't complain.
