      Best place I have ever worked by a mile. Definitely lives up to the reviews on here which encouraged me to apply in the first place. Recruitment process was fantastic, felt very informed and supported as I applied and went through the interview process. Friendly, positive atmosphere, definitely feel as part of a team. Professional yet fun environment with a modern approach such as allowing flexible working. Very pleased!

      Pros

      Most benefits paid by the company and almost everyone is generally pleasant / office camaraderie.

      Cons

      There is nothing wrong with a manager who can jump in to help when their team needs support. But there is something terribly wrong when they take over basic assignments instead providing guidance and direction to their teams and allowing their teams ideas to flourish. Even worse, when quarterly objectives are assigned weeks after the quarter has begun. It makes for impossible deadlines at the end of the quarter and unfair review processes.
