Pros
Copenhagen HR as well as Executive Management made changes to Regional Management for the better. Change is slow, but it is happening. Current Regional Management is educated, experienced and shows a very strong leadership style. If you are knowledgable about your business you are heard, and the facts you bring to the table are relied on for your success. Growth and improvement plans are now made on an annual basis. You are encouraged to build your business to the best of your ability as well as be open with challenges you need help on. Open communication with RM, who will guide you through whilst still holding you responsible for targets and deliverables. At the end of the day, you are responsible for your success and/or failure of your role based on how you choose to operate in it with the tools provided.
Cons
An experienced Training Manager would be a benefit to the company for all incoming Managers. Many current Managers may be stuck in their ways and hesitant to change even to experience new ideas. If you cannot regulate your time management, or express your needs, this is not the role for you!
