Great Team to work with.

Metrics are ridiculous. A conversation is a conversation but you have to speak on certain topics.

Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
