Pros
Good working culture, very good package of CTC, Average career growth oportunity. Can jump to another similar companies. Can switch over to gulf for good packages with gained experience easily.
Cons
Most work centers are at remote place. Remote location postged employees are not compansated suitably upto their hardship when compared to those who are posted at convenient locations. Some policies are planned so that the middle and top management only gets more advantage. Lower level working officers are being exploited at some work centers. Personal usage of company fecilities by few in-chagres/section heads is observed.
