      Money and learning curve Employees

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, averaged 90 hours a week where overtime was mandatory. Management is non existent only out to blame when something goes wrong, goes out of his way to point fingers. Praise on the other hand is non existent. Pressure when equipment is down is unfathomable a multitude of people coming up with ideas that aren’t helpful. There is no ownership by operators.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
