      Good employees, friendly staff, hard-working staff.

      Cons

      This company is Selfish & Greedy and Upper Management does NOT care for the employees. There is NO work-Life balance. The Motels are run an a shoe-string budget and therefore mid-level Managers are not able to run operations in the Right manner. Upper Management has NO Respect for their people.
