Pros
Depends on what site you're contracted to. Decent pay, flexibility with hours, decent benefits package, it's a full time job.
Cons
Like with all contract jobs it's never a guaruntee how long you'll stay employeed. Management seems encouraged not to fire people that drag down the work day. Originally was told if I took a certain shift and schedule that it would put me in good position for promotion. That was a lie, they just needed to fill the shift. Overtime is nice but with all the OT they're giving out they need to hire more people and increase the pay rate. If you're looking for a deadend job, this place is great.
