Security Officer - Anonymous employee G4S Employee Review

Cons too many to count. The pay is extremely low and you never get a raise unless you move up. Management at the sites barely knows how to do their job because training is horrible. They never allow anyone to move up they always bring in outside people who have no idea how to do the job. In addition, you are left having to train them, which really irritate me. Has happen so many times at my site I have given up on this company. This job is nothing more than a paycheck and that is it.
