Pros

If you are a cpo officer (prior law enforcement, military or criminal justice degree) you get the better pay (12-15hr) and advancement options.

Cons

The biggest issue was uso officers also known as standard security officers we're never able to make more than 11 an hour with no room for advancement. Losing contracts left and right. They do not drug test new employees so you get a lot of drugys that end up making for job harder. Make you redo your security school with their in house trainer so don't expect to start getting paid above minimum wage for the first week of hire. Doesn't matter how long of a distinguished employee history you make with them the moment you need help with getting a new schedule or asking for vacation time they put you on a black list and start by cutting your hours on till you resign (didn't happen to me but ive seen it happen to all my former co-workers). They love hiring employees that have just arrived in USA just to overwork them or use them for the holes in the schedules. As a team leader i had to cover so many shifts i was more at work than home due to the fact that they never had employees to cover even though they hire around 10 new employees weekly so you could imagine the turnover rate. Last thing the benefits are terrible the medical is higher than your check and as far as employee incentives go they have none only a bank account that their partner with which reeks of conglomerate
