Hopefully improved - Graduate Scheme G's Group Employee Review

The COO (and other leaders) would regularly talk down to colleagues, and negatively talked about colleagues in an open office - this created a work environment that felt toxic and people were afraid to speak up on such behaviours as there didn't seem to be any consequences or support. You cannot promote Speak Up if employees do not feel safe to do so. A shame as there are some great individuals who want to develop and support colleagues with great opportunities that are quite unique to the company and industry.
