Pros
I've been in multiple roles at G/O over the past four years and am incredibly thankful to be working for this company. Are we perfect? No. Do we have an incredibly relaxed and supportive culture that allows you to thrive? Yes.
Cons
A lot of reviews have focused on lack of management, direction, and salary. Our goals and products have to change in order to stay current and competitive, so changing and being flexible with our direction is imperative. I personally think that the salary is impressive. Sure, you could make more somewhere else with a similar job title, but I don't think people realize how easy they have it here. As the title states, it's all about perspective.
