Extremely good platform to learn 3. Extremely Ethical and Transparent despite being a Real Estate company 4. The quality of the product and architecture is top notch. It makes you proud to be associated with such a company 5. The owners are very hands on and know in and around the business 6. Very Rich Company which is debt free

1. It does get bureaucratic and as everything passes through the CEO and MD, it takes a long time for approvals. 2. Not very flexible when it comes to spending more on marketing
