Pros
Some snacks and beers are available, the IT team is helpful most of the time, and the software systems are correct.
Cons
However, the policies and processes need to be assessed and revised from a corporate perspective. They need to understand that the size of the company is not what it used to be. Please hire a consultant! Apparently, Gadventures had a solid culture oriented to innovation and creativity, however, that aspect got lost in time with the retirement of the founder. The new administration got stuck with the status quo, keeping the old recipes that allowed the company to grow rapidly, and thinking that something that was useful for a little company is still useful for a much bigger one. Unfortunately, these people are not prepared for the new size of the company; it is simply too big to be managed by them, and they obviously don't see it, living by the saying "we have always worked this way." And of course, the culture of excessive flattery whenever the founder is present.
