-Lack of Direction -Management unresponsive and reactive instead of being proactive -Lack of skill and expertise at managing and leading a Sales force -Seem to be more interested in attending conferences in Las Vegas ,California, and Orlando than promoting business -Complicate what should be a simple sales process -Management takes credit for actions they had nothing to do -Try to work sales through channel but very abusive to good partners
