Smart people, relaxed and casual atmosphere, flexibility in terms of hours and working from home, great new CEO and company has really improved transparency and communications recently

Very fast paced, minimal structure, always evolving, systems haven't caught up with maturity of the business. Some in sales think the whole world revolves around them but those people are gone or leaving
