Too far for me the travel was the only con.

I love the environment and staff. The way the school sets the kids up to work and get paid minimum wage. I love the diversity within this community.

No benefits for Pt people whatsoever. Once the kids have their winter break and spring break you don't get paid. There is no 401-k nor do you get paid for snow days. Also you don't accumulate sick time.
