Pros
- Amazing peers, brilliant + talented workforce who really care about social impact. - Exposure to lots of great projects, clients are interesting/varied on projects and good mix of small to large scale.
Cons
- Senior leadership, poor communication, lack of honesty particularly across Delivery + HR and lack of equality in decisions like progression - Diversity and inclusion at a cultural level is non existent - Work/life balance is poor, with working above seniority level dressed up as 'opportunity' or being given too much work as being gifted responsibility.
