      - One of leading service provider for Avaya in the region. -Will have a huge explore on Big accounts. -Good learning.

      Cons

      -No Proper Schedules or Plan's. -All Cases are consider as Priority. -No Internal support for Technical Team,just considering blind customer complaints. -Experience of resources are not taken in the right way.
