Pros
My team was very close and the leader knew what had to be done and how to motivate us. It was good to be able to laugh and joke with your colleagues, knowing that they will also help you asap in case you need it. You had more holiday days than those established by contract, as it was company policy to give holidays on all long weekends and bank holidays in the Spanish work calendar.
Cons
Although the company had career-planning and mentoring policies, some people in my team that had worked there for years had still not been promoted (and thus had not seen their salaries increased). In addition, our business unit had a generalist classification in the collective agreement, so our pay was lower than other units with the same experience and doing very similar work.
