Pros
They are mellow, laid back. It's not a supervised position, there is no-one breathing down your neck. The assignments are easy to understand and there's plenty of time to get things done. I love the downtown LA location, as well as the views from the office. The Standard Hotel is next door and we do a lot of company ping pong tournaments.
Cons
The traffic, going in and out of Downtown Los Angeles. Sometimes payroll is late, which I have grown used to.
