Extremely low staff morale 13. Employer DOES NOT value their employees 14. Organization lacks integrity 15. All employees are grant funded 16. Amendments to policies without updating employee handbook 17. No Parental correspondence to update about high staff turnover and or changes ( youth development program) 18. No true hiring processes 19. Low student retention rate 20. Senior Management tries to manage who you can and can not talk to within the organization
