Pros

Vans are in ok condition, good starter company for those new to solar

Cons

- They rely heavily on pencil and paper for time tracking. They do not have Outlook or Google Calendar for schedules, and time off was a hassle because we had to run a form between cubicles instead of using a simplified payroll app. - We also had less independence. Services couldn’t just work without someone hovering over them. - The current solar system generac they’re hawking is pretty bad and is difficult to troubleshoot compared to enphase, tesla, and soleredge (Generac is like the betamax or laserdisc of solar systems) - And the management is incredibly frugal to the point of insanity. -no paid lunches -no weekly pay -micromanagers in the office call you every hour checking the vehicle’s gps -they cram three people into a van despite having plenty of vehicles -non-existent diversity

Pros

- Can work from home when need too - Lot's of opportunity to show and develop skills in any role

Cons

- Very high turnover rate - Questionable leadership decisions - Favoritism amongst close friends of Leadership - Will not receive credit for accomplishments I was a part time employee for this company while going to school full time - they did not hold their word in the promises leadership/management gave me. My pay did not increase in the 2.5 years I spent at the company.
