Good benefits and a smart and dedicated team. Interesting problems to solve, but not always solved in the right way.
Cons
A political place to work, there's a restructure around every year, which can get scary. Avoidance of test driven development and can have a low bus factor. Pay rises are unlikely because media is dying.
