Pros
- full of very intelligent, passionate and friendly people - a successful business with a proven model, focusing on growth and innovation rather than cost-cutting (definitely not the case in a lot of media) - amazing brands across all kinds of sectors, from homes to games, fashion to finance - unlimited holiday (I know it doesn't suit everyone but I like the lack of admin) - profit pool bonus means that everyone shares in success
Cons
- can be very fast-paced, and pursuit of excellence means that it's always onto the next thing with no let up - high expectations around use of data to make decisions, which doesn't suit everyone - some people don't like three days in the office but there are very very few full-remote hires - very commercially minded (even in editorial)
