The graduate programme was a new initiative and, as with any initiative first time round, there are things that work well and others that need to be ironed out. We're proud to say that we've learned a great deal from this and our current grad scheme is on the right track and each year we hope to make the scheme bigger and better. This is only possible with everyone's feedback, so thank you. We now have a specially designed induction programme, multiple training opportunities, careers seminars with our leadership team and regular appraisals. Our primary aim is to allow graduates to pursue the career they want and we're happy to make changes along the way in order to do so.
We have an annual company conference followed by a company-wide social, along with some great Christmas parties. We encourage our teams to host their own socials throughout the year as a means of fostering a friendly and collaborative environment.
