Pros
Incredibly friendly and kind company, at all hierarchical levels. Extremely remote-friendly! The benefits have recently been increased and provide a LOT of rewards and nice to haves, including personal training time off, dental and optical. Really, they treat everyone fantastically and you can tell people really do care. A rare gem of a company that's somehow kept its indie heart despite a large period of significant growth.
Cons
Had to sit thinking about this for quite a while. I guess the only cons would be if you were looking to join to work on high octane or thrilling games.
