Hi there We don’t proclaim to be perfect, but we would like to assure you that employees remain our highest priority and we constantly try our best to improve things for staff. Whilst we respect all views, we would admit we are somewhat baffled by your review since you mention salary increments when you worked for less than a year. Also, as project manager, you are in a position to implement the right management practice for the project that you manage. Therefore am unclear as to why there is an assertion that there is no proper management practice. From the post made, it appears you were seconded to Singapore. Whilst your salary would not be affected from the secondment, you would have received SGD allowances and per diems. This is quite common practice among all companies. We will refrain, out of respect and professionalism, from responding to your comments on clients as this does not relate to your employer.
