Pros

You can get a deep experience in Goggle searching. Provides opportunities for people with no or little work experience. You get paid.

Cons

They don’t provide opportunities for training or mentoring. Bad management, don’t care about their people. Employees are billing machines. Lot of favoritism, only a few get promotions. Many incompetent people are managers or get managers positions.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Although very painful to read, we rather take it in the chin than shy away from it. We are really sorry that your experience as a Fusionworker was not what you expected. Your review has challenged us to rethink some of our management practices, processes and behavior and we are taking action. Over the last three years we have been very focused on our internal transformation by retraining all Fusionworkers in new cloud technologies. It has been a tremendous investment and has caused a great deal of disruption, but we are seeing great benefits from it. In fact, we were named Oracle ERP Cloud Partner of the Year for Latin America - 2019. This was possible because of the commitment, effort and results of all Fusionworkers. They took all the trainings, passed all the required certifications, implemented the technology and secured the customer references and for that, we are very thankful. We just moved to a new office, something that we knew was overdue. It took us a while to find the perfect place, but we did and are very excited about it. We doubled our office space and parking. We now have a parking attendant from 7am to 7pm and the office is beautiful! We have also expanded our managerial team with four additional Engagement Managers, something that is essential to continue our growth plan. They are helping us shape up our mentoring program, among other things. Also, our international expansion is well underway. We have several new customers in the Dominican Republic and Miami. These are new opportunities for growth for all Fusionworkers. In addition, we have expanded our sales team and now have three dedicated sales executives and one full time marketing person. This has eased the Practice Managers workload and they now have more time to focus on talent development. Fusionworkers are the blood and oxygen of this Company and as such, we really strive to help each one of them gain great experiences that they can use to grow personally and professionally. We also realize that not all Fusionworkers can reach their goals within the Company. But for those that decide to leave, we wish them a great deal of success wherever they continue their careers. Again, we take your comments very seriously and will continue to improve every day.
