There is no work culture.Apart from few exceptions,you will not find a colleague here,everyone has a fake smile on their face.Company gives you chocolates, maggie and what not but management will always remind you about their spending on you .If you are a politician then you will find tough competition here.You'll get to hear loads of things about job prospects,supportive colleagues and many more fairy tales.But in reality you'll not get any support from management and your team members.Here you will find Managers,Dept Heads but whom they manage is a different story altogether(Shhhh! They do not have any team to work under them)Shed off all your humanity and emotions since ,they call it unprofessional attitude."You work,they pay" that's how the relationship is, between the employer and an employee.Life will be miserable if you do not give a nod to their decision or try to put your opinion and views forward.Ingrain this in your mind "Be a machine ,not a human being"once you enter the office premises,else you life will be miserable.People do not have emotion here,they only know how to insult,hurt and embarrass people! Career opportunity is zero, since partiality and politics is always in the air and company is too small to give you promotion.Freedom to work and express yourself is nil.Keep no expectation from anyone in the company.Be ready to do all types of jobs,since there is no specific KRA of a designated person."start suffering,stop living"...Good luck!
