Pros

It's better to narrate some of my best experiences at FusionCharts. 1. Got the opportunity to work on mathematical solutions, stuff I enjoy and most comfortable at. The best one was to develop a 3D engine, to propel a group of 3D charts. 2. Each and every solution were original without the stench of plagiarism. Something, I have been cherishing for very long! 3. A great learning place with a very high scope of research and development for the deserved ones. Have learned and mastered so much working here. 4. Striving for excellence and perfection in our product development. 5. Enormous hike in salary, almost 7x in last ten years. 6. A whole lot of very good friends. Never been through any politics. Working with talented and efficient people. 7. Sharing infinite (since not tracked) moments of joy with my pals ... after successful product releases, birthdays, farewells, picnics, parties ... or for nothing evening pizzas! 8. See people smile at work. And make people smile. :) 9. A great learning experience to see a startup grow. Entrepreneurship! The list is long and I should rather restrict myself to some of the top points.

Cons

Yes, all organisations have some! 1. In spite of our long drive for a stronger and larger development team, we are failing to achieve a stable status on the same. Our renewed search for the same in recent times is really hopeful. 2. Software development processes and tools are yet to be fully mature. But, that's a continuous process and we are up to it.

Pros

Open door policy, CEO was open to new ideas and had no qualms. Sadly, post acquisition it went downhill

Cons

Taken over by an American conglomerate that’s not doing justice to the brand created. Economies of scale works the other way too
