The management has their own style. They are both outgoing and fun people who have a wealth of knowledge in the recruiting industry. They have just gotten the company off the ground and are really starting to grow! You get what you put into at this company, but they will put the hours in to teach you what they know. Disagree completely with the other review...they told me about this person and she was disgruntled because she couldn't bring in any business or cold call!

Initially hiring the wrong people set the whole team back.

It's basically work your own hours-- the work you put into it is the work you will get out of it theory. New to recruiting, they will hire you!

Thinking there is going to be a management to manage you, there won't be. And, you will constantly have to write many detailed emails and chats of what you are currently doing and what you did throughout at the day because the director never comes to work. New to recruiting- they will hire you and no one will train you.
