Friendly atmosphere, supportive of good work, full of smart agency veterans who know what they're doing. Interesting clients that have real opportunities to grow in their industry. Department leads are working hard to build a culture, and succeeding in a lot of ways. Just got some AWESOME new benefits. The team is devoted to treating employees well, and doing all the right things to become a bigger player in the Boston ad scene.
Cons
Winchester location might be a little far out to attract top-top Boston talent, so they have to find other ways to do it. The new benefits program is a good start. Process is still a little bit in flux. There are some kinks to work out, but once it gets there, things will run a lot more smoothly. Some accounts already are. Fuse will experience some growing pains in the near future. It's unavoidable. But engaged employees who aren't afraid to speak up WILL be heard and can make a difference. We've started to bring in forward thinking agency vets, and we need to bring in even more to help steer the ship in account services. We also could use some more infrastructure in emerging media like social and content creation so we can deliver on newly developing needs for our clients. As it stands, I'm confident we'll get there.
