Pros
Interesting environment to work in, surrounded by music. It’s nice to wear whatever you want and listen to podcasts all day. Mostly left to work on your own so you create your day. A good number of people are friendly and easy to talk to.
Cons
I got hired for a position that was different from what I applied for. Training is lackluster and not thorough, and expectations are nebulous and hard to understand. Meetings about expectations don’t clear much up. If you’re looking for clear-cut tasks and expections, this isn’t the place to be. Pay is low and the amount of work being asked of employees isn’t doable in the amount of hours in a day. It very much felt like my position had little to no planning for the role and they expected me to flesh the role out.
