Pros
All eyes were on me when I said, I'm not interested in placements, I'm never going to work for any Corporate Company. My only ambition was to serve in Armed Forces but I got rejected in Medical Round as I have a flat foot. So I contradicted my own thoughts and started looking for a Job. One of my friends referred me to Furlenco. The interview process is quite interesting here I applied for a very basic role to start with as I'm a fresher and during the final round of my interview something very interesting happened. The Interviewer said "Gentlemen I'm impressed by your calibre and it would be wrong if I offer you a Job for the profile you have applied for. I'm offering you a new role with crucial responsibilities and expect you to set a milestone and help us to serve our users in a seamless way". At that point in time, I realized it is not about the company you work for, it is about those leaders you serve with. I'm very proud that I got this opportunity to work with like-minded leaders and I enjoy every bit of time spent here. It is an organization driven by most passionate people who believe in "Service Before Self".
Cons
Well, it takes 30 minutes to cross Silk Board traffic. But around 7 pm when I go to the office terrace to have some coffee and play TT, this route looks so beautiful as the road glows by the headlights.
