Pros
Safe environment, interesting challenges, very little management overhead, not totally KPI driven, very good support for top performers, neither hire and fire nor up or out mentality
Cons
Quite old fashioned working environment and structures, in some parts very hierachical thinking and decision making, fairly unflexible working conditions, few career opportunities (personal networking is essential)
