Pay, Workplace, okayish for beginners

No mangement since 9 months, no work life balance, no work distribution, no direction of what to do, you gotta figure out how to implement a project (which can be considered as a pro). Colleagues can be toxic, management can be toxic. No clarity of objective, multiple contradicting inputs, multiple priorities at once.
