Pros

- Relaxed working environment with a newly renovated office - Management values the team and hires carefully - Commission structure will inspire someone who is easily motivated - Industry knowledge is everywhere around you

Cons

- Communication between departments can become disjointed (management, sales, development, service) - Work becomes repetitive, but only if you let it - Success won't build initially and base salary is relatively low

Pros

Perfect line of work for someone who's trying to get started on a fulfilling career -- it was for me. FunctionFox is a nice place to be and somewhere I was extremely sad to leave. Management has an extremely pragmatic skillet and they pay close attention to the well being of their employees. Staff have a great relationship with the leadership team, so you're not hearing slander behind anyone's back. I'd never leave if I had family & such. You'll have a job that's super flexible, comfortable, and offers gradual progression that does make you want to stay. I enjoyed going to work each and every day.

Cons

May not be for you If you value steep career growth. You will grow at FunctionFox, but at a controlled pace. The company itself follows that same path. You'll love it if you value job stability & work-life balance. It's not 'startup culture' by any means—but hey, that might not appeal to you to anyways.
