      You get the freedom to do work in your style. CEO is supportive, knowledgable and a science geek. Culture is good and salaries are paid on time.

      1)Good culture 2)Decent support from top management 3)Salary always on time 4)Free food 5) Flexible timings & lenient leave policy

      Cons

      Nothing as such. Only cons might be the usual ones which are quite inevitable in a Startup. Too many thoughts & plans at a time. Rest all cool.
