Pros
Very relaxed (until it isn't). Pay bucks out half the time management have no idea what's happening so most days you get paid for doing nothing.
Cons
Everything else - no accountability, short-sightedness, no reward for performance, no KPIs and absolutely ZERO motivation for employees that want to progress.
