      Holidays, breaks and summer vacations provide necessary personal time.

      Cons

      Current structure does not support teaching. Students lack disciple and respect for teachers and others, and the system does not support or empower teachers to remove student abuse from the classroom.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
