Pros

Good Payment rate. Lots of clients. Deel payment method. Opportunities to grow if work in-house.

Cons

Record work entries in toggle. Wont find other client if something goes wrong with current one, thus contract is terminated. Not everybody is up to a recorded video challenge.

Thanks for your feedback. Please know that 1) We no longer require time tracking. Just enter your hours at the end of the day so we can make sure to pay you for all time worked. Our competitors often pay flat monthly rates and require devs to work extra hours without paying them for their time. That's not right. We want to pay devs for every hour they work. 2) We always try to find new projects for developers when their current project spins down. 95% of the time we are able to do so. 3) The recorded video challenge is in place of a live, Zoom coding challenge. Most developers prefer being able to do the challenge on their own schedule, without another person on the call watching them work. All technical jobs require some sort of technical challenge. At FullStack we've done our best to make our technical vetting as seamless as possible for developers.

Pros

- Company knows the importance of AI and is willing to give it as a tool to help their workforce - Flexible with time tracking. You have to track your time but the time of day you do your work is very flexible depending on the project you're working on.

Cons

- No equipment. Would be nice if there was some kind of leasing of laptops. - Salary is a bit below the average but depending on your country it's still very attractive. - You might get unlucky if you get to work with some delivery managers there that are too strict with "following processes". They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.

Pros

Not much anymore. No real leadership, and what leadership there is spends time doing things that don’t matter.

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued, unheard, invisible to leadership, and belittled.
