Pros

After starting with Fullpath a few months ago and working within the auto industry for other known companies I can absolutely say that they are building their teams the right way. They are bringing in top talent as needed to expand their growing business which as an employee provides comfort and security in my role. The technology exceeds anything that I've seen so far within the auto industry and on top of that enhancement are made almost daily or weekly at times based off internal and external needs. Management is level headed and communicative about plans, initiatives and future strategies. To say that employee's have a voice is an understatement. So far I'm very impressed by the company, leadership, co-workers and the culture of the company as a whole.

Cons

Training is slightly self-guided for a small period of time but this isn't a true "con" because it gives you time to explore the tools, learn about processes and dive into your role.

Pros

- Solid product in a difficult industry - Great experience in AI - Solid medical/PTO/sick time

Cons

- Raises are only given to the "top 1% of the company" meaning that commitment and hard work will get you nowhere (financially). To get even a meager 3% raise, you need to be going above and beyond your role requirements (leading a new project, etc.). - Above statement renders their performance review process useless. I "exceeded expectations" for 2 years and never received a change in compensation (even got a promotion during this time). Essentially there is no financial incentive to exceed expectations versus simply doing the bare minimum. - Bottom line: The company is cheap and will do whatever they can to squeeze more out of less. I've worked in start up's most of my career and I fully understand the difference between frugality and cheapness. Every all hands meeting leadership would be preaching how well the company is doing and all the successes they've had, yet they cannot afford to give yearly raises to those who deserve it? I left and found a better paying job.
