Pros

Get checks on time, Vice President and staff are amazing at there job they keep the company in business.

Cons

Owner is a very rude micromanager who uses his position to bully his employees,he lies about what he will do for employees regarding pay. There is zero training but you are expected to just know what you are doing or get yelled and cursed out in public spaces. You are expected to work on Saturdays horrible place to work.Everyone walks on eggshells just to keep there job. They love the work but some people can barely afford to feed themselves.Stop trying to force your employees to be your friend.

Pros

The team is amazing. Very talented and passionate. Cool clients. Some fun travel opportunities if you get to take them.

Cons

Owner is mean and controlling. It's his way or no way. Doesn't care about his team. Only himself. Very rude to people. Makes fun of those who aren't doing as well as he is. Comes across at first as a really nice guy and very likeable. He's a great schmoozer and is good at securing high level clients for the company. But once you get to know him, he's very rude, and can be disrespectful. He disregards the concerns of his staff. Most staff don't stay long here. A few do: the ones that the owner needs most because he caters to them. But the ones he feels are replaceable, he is mean, demeaning and just terrible to them.

Pros

The only pros are the team. They are a strong team of creatives who have an extensive knowledge base and can adapt to nearly any situation. The team is both helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Cons

The cons are the company. Working here has little to no work life balance and an inability to progress. The owner operates as a tyrant, when performing tasks many employees feel as if they are walking on eggshells and are often berated for a lack of preparation with tasks they are unfamiliar with. With no HR department employees are subjected to many forms of harassment and intimidation leading to a very high turnaround. Budget is king and if it means sacrificing your health, family life and in some cases your freedom, it is still a requirement to get the job done for the client.
