Nothing. I really can't think of a good thing about them besides maybe the snacks they maybe will buy.
Cons
The two founders are running the company into the ground in order to save money, They kept increasing the prices of parts for no reason other then they want more money, These are words taken from them.
Under pays all staff, and will do anything to not pay you unless you threaten them with legal actions.
Pays for fake reviews on Indeed and other platforms to look better.
Refuses to help customers with basic problems because they didn't spend enough money with them, I saw this first hand many times.
You will not get any training. They will give a fake training plan and never do it, You will have to learn yourself.
Can't talk to anyone there cause everyone is out to save themselves and will throw you under the bus in order to look better.
People always fake doing work, and nothing will get done unless you press them to do it yourself.
No room to move up, or learn anything. People were Quitting left and right to get away from the stress of this job.
