Pros
The management and co-workers were all great. They were super with work-life balance when things came up and I needed to change my schedule at the last minute. Pay was great until they changed the pay structure to cap at PT after 6 months. But I was still able to support my daughter and myself with fewer hours.
Cons
They did not offer much by way of training. The Student Success Counselor division did offer some virtual training videos and quizzes, but when I moved over to the Parchment division, there was no training to speak of and the demands of that position were tremendously more complex. *Since then, they have developed a training program for the Parchment division.
